These Terms of Service govern your use of 41claritypathpartners.com and your purchase or use of Clarity Path Partners digital products. By using the website, requesting a Preview Edition, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

The Clarity in Action workbook and related services are intended for adults age 18 or older. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the website and products only for lawful purposes.

Clarity in Action digital workbook

The Complete Edition is a 122-page digital PDF sold for a one-time price of $29 USD. The Preview Edition is a 28-page digital PDF available through the Preview request form. No physical product is shipped.

Digital delivery is provided after the requested Preview submission or confirmed payment, as applicable. You are responsible for providing a working email address and maintaining access to the device and software needed to open a PDF.

Personal-use license

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the workbook for your personal use. You may print a personal copy. You may not resell, publicly distribute, reproduce for a group, upload to a shared library, or otherwise provide the workbook to others without written permission from Clarity Path Partners.

Refund policy

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase by replying to the delivery email. Include the email address used for the purchase so the transaction can be located. Refunds are returned through the original payment method when possible.

Educational and safety boundary

Clarity in Action is an educational, lived-experience, faith-informed, and systems-minded workbook. It is not medical care, detox guidance, therapy, addiction treatment, crisis support, or a substitute for qualified professional help.

Do not use the workbook as a substitute for urgent or professional care. If you may be in immediate danger, experiencing withdrawal, or facing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional immediately.

No guaranteed outcome

Results depend on your circumstances, choices, effort, support, and other factors. Clarity Path Partners does not promise sobriety, recovery, health, relationship, financial, career, or other specific results from using the workbook or website.

Payments and third-party services

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Its terms and privacy practices apply to payment processing. You authorize the stated one-time charge when you submit a purchase. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or card provider.

The website may also use third-party hosting, forms, email, file-delivery, scheduling, and analytics services. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Intellectual property

The website, workbook, text, graphics, branding, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Clarity Path Partners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited personal-use license stated above.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, violate another person's rights, or use the website or products for unlawful activity.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Clarity Path Partners disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Path Partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or workbook. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and availability

We may update the website, products, or these terms, and may correct errors or discontinue features. The terms in effect when you purchase govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.
