Our Story

Like many young couples, we started out learning through trial and error different jobs, financial pressure, mistakes, rough seasons, and everything in between. Those years taught us the value of commitment and what it actually takes to build something that lasts.

When James joined the United States Army, our life changed. New opportunities came with real challenges. Stephanie carried the weight of the home, the family, and multiple moves across the country while James served. That season tested us and strengthened us.

Those experiences changed how we see people, problems, and what it means to lead a life with intention. They're also why we built Clarity Path Partners to help others step back, gain perspective, and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Still serving. Still leading. Together.

For the past 15 years, James has served in the United States Army, and continues to serve today as a Warrant Officer in environments where clarity, discipline, and responsibility matter every single day.

But what most people don’t see is what it takes behind the scenes to keep a family grounded while carrying that level of responsibility.

Stephanie has been a constant through it all managing the demands of military life, raising a family, handling major transitions, and keeping things steady when the pressure is high.

Together, we’ve lived the reality of balancing work, family, faith, and responsibility without losing direction.

That’s why we built 41 Clarity Path Partners to help others slow things down, think clearly, and move forward with direction in their life, family, and decisions.

Mission

Grounded. Steady. Built Through Real Life.

Stephanie is not just part of the story she is a major part of why this works.

As a military spouse, she has lived through the reality of constant change, long periods of responsibility, and the pressure of keeping a family steady while everything around it shifts.

She has balanced full-time work, raising a family, and managing multiple moves across the country often carrying that weight on her own while James served.

That kind of experience builds a different level of awareness.

She understands the mental load, the emotional pressure, and the decisions families have to make when life feels overwhelming or uncertain.

Stephanie brings a grounded, practical perspective that helps people slow down, think clearly, and work through challenges in a way that actually makes sense for their life and family.
